Yep. It is so sad that the vast array of foods which seems so ordinary, and including foods that are linked to our culture and leisure, and so called “happy times”foods like ice cream, birthday cake, cookies, pizza, soft drinks, fast foods of every sort, heck - even regular old sandwiches (for God sakes) are harming our health. It is kind of like realizing that TV and movies, even going way back, and including those that were remembered with fondness, are actually either programming us or dulling down our senses. Ince you know, you know, no going back. So glad you are out there an example of someone who broke free. Glad you have a platform and you can write for others to see. BTW, what replaces these old forms of entertainment? My new pleasure is walking outside and looking at trees. Made even better by spotting a colorful bird or two. The big event of the day is preparing from scratch the most delicious food imaginable with free range chicken, grass fed beef, line caught fish, organic vegetables with butter, olive oil and other nourishing fats.
