When I first saw this I couldn't understand why he would expose the "plan" to the enemy. My thoughts are firstly that this could be a feint to mislead the enemy, or secondly this could be a get set signal to those involved in the "plan", which would make sense if their is a Self Organizing Collective; at some point they need to get co-ordinated.
