Right now on X people are noticing the rise of the Carnivore Diet as a way to not only stay healthy, but to recover health as more and more anecdotal stories are being heard as people shed illnesses, both physical and mental by following this ancient diet of red meat, eggs, butter while avoiding as much as possible all of the GMO & processed foods we are swamped with.
William Diaz was told most of his chronic illnesses were GENETIC. This is what happened when he “simply” changed his diet from seed oils, refined sugar & high carb intake to the Carnivore Diet. His health drastically improved. There are people on X right now INSISTING this is impossible.
