Anyone even remotely familiar with the IRONCLAD case the Feds & State of Florida had on Epstein & Maxwell in 2006 knows they don’t NEED anything from them to prosecute them successfully.

This was before the raid on Epstein’s Manhattan apartment in 2019 where authorities are said to have seized a GOLDMINE of new evidence.

This is simply people trolling the uninformed for clicks, add revenue & clout.

Something slipped in 2006.

Federal Investigators did their jobs & developed a solid, damning case against Epstein & Maxwell & handed it off to the DoJ…..who then ordered them to let Epstein walk.

These Investigators were LIVID.

Then to add insult to injury a secret “sweetheart deal” with Epstein & his legal team was reached in 2009 that had him undergoing a 13 month charade prison sentence that also ensured immunity for his unnamed co-conspirators.

Fast Forward Ten Years….

We now know the DoJ had prepared a case against Epstein, Maxwell and those unnamed co-conspirators from the ILLEGAL DEAL struck a decade earlier in Florida.

That deal was approved by then US Attorney Alexander Acosta, who was pilloried before Congress in the aftermath of Epstein’s new charges.

Acosta stated PUBLICLY that “his hands were tied” by his superiors in the DoJ & EVERY DAMN NEWS OUTLET IGNORED THAT.

Even the then fledgling independent media went with the Hot Take this was another baseless attack on Trump & his administration.

It wasn’t.

Acosta was clearly indicating he was ORDERED to give Epstein that deal which didn’t even bother to inform Epstein’s Victims he was escaping all consequences of his criminality.

He didn’t resign.

He didn’t blow the whistle.

Ten years later, in July of 2019 this came back to haunt him.

Epstein was arrested at the Teterboro Airport in New Jersey by the FBI/NYPD Crimes Against Children Task Force on July 6th, 2019 as newly UNSEALED charges were revealed.

Not one WHISPER of these indictments had leaked before Epstein’s arrest.

Grand Juries seated, indictments secured & sealed. NOTHING LEAKED.

At Epstein’s Manhattan apartment Investigators uncovered a massive amount of incriminating evidence further bolstering their case.

“According to witnesses and sources on the day of his arrest, about a dozen FBI agents forced open the door to his Manhattan townhouse, the Herbert N. Straus House, with search warrants. The search of his townhouse turned up evidence of sex trafficking and also found "hundreds – and perhaps thousands – of sexually suggestive photographs of fully – or partially – nude females". Some of the photos were confirmed as those of underage females. In a locked safe, compact discs were found with handwritten labels including the descriptions: "Young [Name] + [Name]", "Misc nudes 1", and "Girl pics nude".[89] Also found in the safe were $70,000 in cash, 48 diamonds,[189] and a fraudulent Austrian passport, which expired in 1987, that had Epstein's photo but another name. The passport had numerous entrance and exit stamps, including entrance stamps that showed the use of the passport to enter France, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Saudi Arabia in the 1980s. The passport showed his place of residence as Saudi Arabia.[49][50][190][191][192] According to his attorneys, Epstein had been advised to acquire the passport because "as an affluent member of the Jewish faith", he was in danger of being kidnapped while traveling abroad.”

Acosta, having WILTED under new scrutiny of the “sweetheart deal” resigns as US Labor Secretary on July 12th, 2019.

He AGAIN grumbles he was only following orders.

ONCE AGAIN, NO ONE PAYS ATTENTION.

**WHO** ordered him to make that deal & offer Epstein’s Pals immunity?

Legal Scholars reviewing the deal called it “despicable & an affront to justice.”

It was also OBVIOUSLY ILLEGAL.

Now we turn to the US Attorney heading the SDNY Office, Geoffrey Berman.

“Something” made AG William Barr decide to remove Berman & he was given a chance to bow out gracefully.

Berman went ballistic & immediately held a presser claiming Trump was going rogue & was “forcing him out.”

This got him fired by PRESIDENT Trump & excoriated by ATTORNEY GENERAL Barr.

It went like this=

“Shortly after Barr's announcement, Berman denied having resigned and said that he had "no intention of resigning," saying that he was appointed by a court, not the president, and that he would remain in office until the Senate confirmed a replacement. He added that he learned about his supposed intention to step down from press reports. He vowed to ensure that the office’s "important cases continue unimpeded." Because Berman was appointed by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York under 28 U.S.C. Section 546(d), it was unclear whether either the Attorney General or the President could remove Berman as US Attorney without a Senate-confirmed successor in place. It was also unclear whether Carpenito is legally eligible to replace Berman on an acting basis.

The next day, June 20, Barr claimed that Trump had fired Berman, writing in a letter to Berman, "Because you have declared that you have no intention of resigning, I have asked the President to remove you as of today, and he has done so." Barr wrote in his letter, "Unfortunately, with your statement of last night, you have chosen public spectacle over public service". Barr added "By operation of law, the Deputy United States Attorney, Audrey Strauss, will become the Acting United States Attorney." When asked by reporters, Trump said, "That's his [Barr's] department, not mine. ... I'm not involved." Later that day Berman agreed to step down because, he said, Barr had respected "the normal operation of law" by appointing his deputy as interim U.S. attorney. Barr also wrote to Berman, "Your statement also wrongly implies that your continued tenure in the office is necessary to ensure that cases now pending in the Southern District of New York are handled appropriately. This is obviously false.”

Berman was out on June 20th, 2020.

THE MAXWELL RAID HAPPENED ON JULY 2ND.

Acting US Attorney Audrey Strauss held a presser that morning where she stated the US DoJ had been monitoring Ghislaine Maxwell **FOR MONTHS** almost from the day of the Epstein arrest.

Monitoring her MOVEMENTS.

Her electronic COMMUNICATIONS (texts, emails)

Her PHONE CALLS.

Why that’s important is slowly being revealed during Maxwell’s Trial.

Maxwell was a big Player in the world of intelligence.

A Stateless Intelligence Network run by her & financed by Epstein.

All she had to do to grow her Network to GLOBAL proportions was keep Epstein happy with too young girls & then schmooze & canoodle with the people who moved in Epstein’s orbit.

Acosta later said he offered a lenient plea deal because he was told that Epstein "belonged to intelligence", was "above his pay grade," and to "leave it alone"

This is the reason the Maxwell Trial is going to blow the doors off.

From 2005 to 2006 then again in 2008 & 2009 those “Superiors” Acosta mentioned were hard at work trying to make all of this GO AWAY.

Well, they’ve failed.

This broke last Friday Night= SURPRISE!!

Here’s one BIG DAMN REASON why that deal went through.

And now the SDNY’s PUBLIC CORRUPTION UNIT is taking care of some “house cleaning” by giving Maxwell exactly what she deserves = decades in prison.

As a prelude to the bigger fish they are about to FRY IN PUBLIC.
