JUDGE AILEEN CANNON'S EXPOSURE OF SMITH'S OWN REDACTED DOCUMENTS HAS REVEALED THE BIDEN WHITE HOUSE SET TRUMP UP!!
Jack Smith has fought THE GOOD FIGHT on behalf of the Deep State Cabal that **corralled and leveraged him** into conducting their relentless and unremitting lawfare upon Donald Trump.
THE CRIMINAL
Jack Smith has a reputation of being experienced in handling war crimes. This is why he was at the Hague we are told. Who was he working for really prior to being PUSHED to take on Trump?
Pulling him from what’s being characterized as an EXTORTION OPERATION where Smith was leveraging war criminals from the Bosnian War for money and favors to providing him Special Counsel status via the corrupt Attorney General Merrick Garland’s office, to then work their TRUMPED UP case on 45 concerning the infamous Mar-A-Lago Raid that is now called Trump’s Documents Case.

Jack Smith certainly gave it his all, using every nasty legal trick and morally questionable maneuver he could conceive of, so he did indeed, give it his all, a maximum effort.
That is now failing miserably.
THE SPOILER
This is TRUMP APPOINTED Federal Judge for the Southern District of Florida Aileen Cannon. She brooks no BS, and is a stickler for following the LAW upheld by Our sacred US Constitution. “Special Counsel” Jack Smith ran into her like a toddler running into a brick wall.
Jack Smith, with the wildest of intentions, entered her court in a hubris driven mindset demanding the sun, the moon and the stars.
He wanted Trump and his lawyers denied discovery, preemptively demanded all motions to dismiss be denied, and in essence tried to badger the Judge to assist him in railroading Donald Trump into prison for the rest of his life.
“This trial is a mere formality, your Honor! WE ALL KNOW TRUMP IS GUILTY! Please allow me to tie him up, remove all possibility for his defense in your court and allow me to mercilessly beat the SH*T out of him until the inevitable verdict.”
(OK, I’m paraphrasing, but as I have followed the trial, the infuriating arrogance of Smith & his cronies in Cannon’s court has been nothing short of a travesty)
One thing I did notice was Smith seemed focused on hammering away at Trump’s lawyers via endless legal process and objections.
What’s unusual about that?
Well, in all of the federal cases I’ve ever read about the defense, at some point, actually submits evidence and makes it’s case for guilt.
Smith wasn’t doing that.
He walked into court seemingly thinking the VILE SHITBAG MEDIA had done that job for him.
Now, it’s one thing for a Prosecutor to be confident of a Defendant’s guilt, but here Smith’s legal moves all seemed to be on attacking the very notion Trump was being ALLOWED to defend himself.
Smith was systematically attempting to strip Trump of any possible defense without really focusing on the evidence HE CLAIMED he possessed.
Well, like I’ve said, Judge Cannon followed the law at every turn, and admonished Smith repeatedly for his lawfare antics.
Smith’s mounting anger was palpable.
Why couldn’t he have gotten a FRIENDLY Judge, like Federal Judge Tanya Chutkan?
Judge Chutkan would have been DELIGHTED to allow a kangaroo court for Trump.
A well known activist judge the Left loves dearly.
She certainly would have allowed Smith to adjudicate his case PROPERLY, eviscerating Trump’s defense while allowing Smith to skate to a guilty verdict without having to get too specific on the (lack of) relevant evidence.
Or drawn any federal judge in the spirit of the recent Commies in Black Robes like Engeron, Kaplan or Merchan?
Nope, Jack Smith, the chosen hatchet man ended up with a woman with a sterling reputation for FOLLOWING THE LAW and activism, which is nothing more than legislating from the bench (READ: the ability to dispense OPINION as IF it were the law) has no place in her domain.
So after over a year of pre-trial and trial wrangling by Smith attempting to tip the balance in his favor SANS (sans means without) delivering any compelling argument or evidence, Judge Cannon had had enough.
“I’M SORRY, JUDGE, THAT’S CLASSIFIED!’
Smith, required by the court, had provided all of the necessary documents he claimed proved Trump was a traitorous corrupto-crat who was either selling classified materials/documents or he was concealing them to cover his crimes.
There were reams of documents.
Just one problem.
They all looked like this:
I’m not kidding, THIS is indicative of the documentation the Smith Special Counsel’s Office provided Cannon’s court and (reluctantly) Trump’s attorneys. The hutzpah of these creeps was boundless.
Smith was doing what the Cabal always does, make charges, bring indictments, then state the evidence is CLASSIFIED and unavailable, even to a Federal Court.
Then GAME the court, usually with ASSISTANCE from a Federal Judge to get your conviction(s) (SEE: Us Attorney Matthew Graves in DC)
If the Judge plays ball, the “ham sandwich” is convicted and a problem for the Ghouls goes away.
THE CANNON GOES OFF!!

When Cannon, after numerous attempts to reign in Smith’s badgering of TRUMP’S ATTORNEYS finally put her foot down.
She ordered Smith to provide unredacted copies of these documents Smith claimed were critical to his case, but were completely unreadable as to content.
In essence, her order to the Special Counsel was that since their case leaned heavily on these SUPER redacted documents and as Smith was going after the Defense Team so aggressively while neglecting to address these documents, she cannot possibly take his WORD for what they contain, she, and therefore Trump’s defense team need to see them too to verify the Counsel’s claim.
Jack. Smith. Went. To. WAR.
In Judge Cannon’s court.
THIS MUST NOT HAPPEN!!
Enlisting the aid of Congresspeople, Senators and CIA Sycophants in the Legacy Media a massive pressure campaign was launched to either remove Judge Cannon from the case (I WANT AN ACTIVIST JUDGE THAT WILL LET ME BEAT UP TRUMP!! WAAAH!) or to begin to diminish her in the eyes of the public at the very least if Trump manages to beat their rap.
WHEN Trump is not only found not guilty, but is exonerated by this amazing EXCULPATORY evidence the vile Left will gnash their teeth and screech and cry about Cannon being a partisan hack!

Well, after a long bruising legal battle to prevent it, Jack Smith, who was, remember, fighting the GOOD FIGHT for the enemies of America, lost his battle to stop HIS evidentiary documents from been uncensored.
Before I break it down further, I just want to marvel again at the blatant, in YO FACE power games these degenerates play with our courts, education and law enforcement.
Julie Kelly broke the story that when these unredacted documents were reviewed by Judge Cannon’s court as well as Trump’s defense team, not only does Jack Smith’s case against Donald Trump EVAPORATE, those documents prove the Biden White House, the DoJ, the GSA (General Services Administration) and NARA (National Archives & Records Administration) were engaged in a diabolical SET UP to trap Trump in a HOAX classified documents scandal because they knew BIDEN had his own GENUINE docu-drama on the horizon.
Corrupt to the core hand picked and then LEVERAGED Special Counsel Jack Smith’s entire case to GET TRUMP was predicated on the Court, Trump and the public never knowing the actual contents of those documents.
Revealing those documents not only ends his stab at the Donald, it places Smith and all involved in this SHAM prosecution in very hot legal water.
And believe me, people are noticing.

So, like they ALWAYS do, they went all in in a ham-fisted manner, the entire FBI Washington DC Field Office that has been trying to get Trump’s scalp for YEARS, flew down to Florida to GET TRUMP.
They mounted the raid, got the STAGED photo op they needed, yanked a CRIMINAL Lawyer engaged in milking millions off war criminals in the Hague to be their attack dog then sent him at Trump.
Looking at what they’ve managed to do in the last eight years to people like General Mike Flynn, Roger Stone and Pete Navarro, why wouldn’t they assure themselves an easy victory in court?
It was all going so smoothly.
Until it wasn’t.
That’s called TAMPERING with evidence. And it’s completely ILLEGAL.
Those censored documents Smith intended to point at in court as SOME JUDGE allowed him to narrate a dire tale of Trump’s treasonous and criminal activity was supposed to be the end of not only Donald Trump’s campaign to return (OFFICIALLY) to the Presidency, but an end to his freedom for the rest of his life.
The UNCENSORED document Smith first introduced to the court so massively censored, then fought so hard to hide not only exonerate Trump, they show a highly illegal and treasonous collusion of top officials in our own government attempting to destroy someone they INTRINSICALLY KNEW WAS INNOCENT.
The depths of these people’s depravity is breathtaking to behold.
