HERE'S JUST ONE WAY TRUMP COULD RETURN BEFORE 2024!
IT INVOLVES STATE LEGISLATURES, SCOTUS & 3 SPECIFIC DOCUMENTS
I’m often told Trump has no (N-O!) NOOOO pathway back to the Presidency before 2024.
By people who’ve convinced themselves “ALL IS LOST!! WOE IZ US!!”
Since no one has managed to reverse the steal, the steal is untouchable & unreversable.
BALDERDASH!!
This is happening on TRUMP TIME & if that upsets you, as my brother Brian Cates often says, “THE QUITTER’S FIELD IS OVER THERE!!”
Trump has NEVER conceded the 2020 Election.
He says every time he’s in front of a crowd or camera that the election was stolen & Puddin’ Head Joe is destroying America. (Because America’s ENEMIES are running Joe Biden!)
I **know** Trump is going to ultimately be declared the actual winner of the 2020 STOLEN ELECTION.
Because he’ll NEVER QUIT & barring health, misadventure or assassination he will not stop until he’s accomplished that goal.
Either by regaining the Presidency via 2024 (SUB-OPTIMAL) & THEN setting things right or, as he’s sometimes hinted at, SOONER.
Everyone & their 2nd Cousin keeps telling me THEY can’t see any legal & Constitutional pathway for Trump to do that & since THEY can’t puzzle it out, well, OBVIOUSLY Trump wouldn’t be able to either.
Well, SOMEONE in the Legacy Media is using up a lot of real & digital ink on something as it flies under most of MAGA’s Radar.
I’m at around 250 **RECENT** stories AND COUNTING whose Headlines shout “FAKE! ILLEGAL! CRIMINAL & COUNTERFEIT!! Something’s got them spooked!
Apparently the DNC & their butthole licking MSM are really focused on telling anyone still listening to them that the seven states that sent an alternate slate of electors to the 2020 Joint Session at the Capitol were ABSOLUTELY 1,000% ILLEGAL!
When alternate slates have been sent to DC from contesting states numerous times over the last two centuries well establishing this had precedent.
Weird.
WHY is the audio/visual arm of the DNC going FULL BLAST on the most safe & secure election in American History?
You know, the one where they said that over & over BEFORE THE STATES HAD FINISHED COUNTING/PADDING THE BALLOTS?
Because. They. SEE. A. DANGER.
And it goes something like this =
Trump’s PLAN was to reverse Joe’s steal on January Sixth.
It required at least 3 of the seven states who’d sent alternate slates of electors to switch from Biden to Trump.
Anyone remembering that day knows how absolutely UNHINGED the Democrats became as five of the alternate slates were allowed into the Joint Session.
If Pennsylvania & Georgia had flipped from Biden to Trump = Joe loses.
If ANY of three states flipped = Joe loses.
When Vice President Pence, residing as the President of the Senate gave the Arizona Reps permission to withdraw & debate whether they wanted to switch electors, the ANGRY SCREAMS OF RAGE from the Democrats could be heard for almost two minutes.
They had been counting on, & might have even been told Pence would simply “rubberstamp” Biden’s steal.
I submit Trump’s PLAN wasn’t to have Pence decertify all of Biden’s Electors for Trump’s, as Constitutional scholars can’t even agree if Pence had that authority.
What he DID have was the option to ask the state’s representatives if they wished to hand in their CERTIFICATES OF ASCERTAINMENT for Biden or (after a period of debate) for Trump.
When Democrats realized Pence was going to allow debate & the POTENTIAL overturning of the YEARS of scheming & positioning & the BILLIONS of Dollars they’d spent to complete their cheat they lost their fucking minds.
Go back & listen to them as they realize what’s happening.
IF THE FIX WAS IN, WHY SO ANGRY?
They knew our political system well enough to realize what was about to happen.
CUE THE PIPE BOMB “DISCOVERY!”
OK, we all know what happened next & we’ve been living through that aftermath every day since.
Zip forward in time to 2022 & the Wisconsin Supreme Court’s ruling that election drop boxes ARE illegal & WERE illegal during Wisconsin’s 2020 election.
The fact that the Wisconsin Supreme Court also declared those drop boxes were also illegal during the 2020 Election wasn’t mentioned by NPR.
And now the DNC’s Villain of the Week, Steve Bannon, who has been calling loudly for the decertification of the 2020 is front and center during day one of his trial for ignoring the illegally formed & empowered J6 Select Committee’s illegal subpoenas.
Ham fisted #Inception… “DEMOCRACY!” Our ideals are democratic. We are a Republic.
It’s just another example of two highly disparate Worlds colliding.
One world trying to crush it’s opposition over crimes they didn’t commit as the other World cries for justice for genuine crimes committed by America’s empowered enemies as those innumerable crimes go unanswered.
Well, I promised to present a VIABLE, LEGAL & CONSTITUTIONAL pathway for Trump to be declared the winner of the 2020 stolen election.
Here it is =
Since the January 6th attempt to reverse THE STEAL was sabotaged & proved how far these DESPICABLE SHITWEASELS would go to retain their hijacked authority, Trump went into a PASSIVE OFFENSE.
He withdrew to Mar-A-Lago & began building the America First Juggernaut to supplant the RINOS & Bluebloods who are right now, more of an effective opposition to Trump’s Agenda than the Democrats.
All the while, as that ONE MILLION TON BOMB I’ve mentioned began to be “defused,” Trump & specific members of his Legal Team worked diligently & QUIETLY as we heard about KRAKENS & State Lawsuits in the mockingbird media.
All a distraction.
Then Christina Bobb said this at Trump’s “Law & Order” Speech in Las Vegas.
Democrats have known this DANGER to their stolen power has existed since January 6th.
Although Bobb said the states would “probably just withdraw the electors” what if they did decide to award Trump back his STOLEN DIAMONDS?
Well, you’d need the requisite CERTIFICATES OF ASCERTAINMENT for those three states because those documents represent the OFFICIAL PHYSICAL RECORD of those state legislatures.
Those documents from the three decertifying states CANNOT BE DUPLICATED.
So the Democrats went into a FRENZY three months ago when word reached them of this danger as ACTUAL.
Accompanying their MEDIA BLITZ of ALL of the Alternate Slates of Electors as ILLEGAL!! CRIMINAL!! TREASON! was last months raid of Trump’s Lawyers who the Democrats claim were trying to overturn a duly elected President! (Oh! The IRONY!)
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR??
Well, this could be nothing more complex than desperate Democrats trying to break into Trump’s inner circle of communications, but I think it’s something else.
They are looking for those seven specific Certificates from which, if any three DID decertify would immediately cast Puddin” Head Joe’s Asterisk Presidency into limbo as illegitimate.
And if they AWARD Trump those Certificates? It’s a LEGAL & CONSTITUTIONAL recovery of Our Republic.

Nicely explained, Duane. I firmly believe Trump will be back in the White House next year.
Am I the only person who remembers Don, Jr. (during the 2016 campaign interviews), stating that as a kid growing up in a Trump household and working along side his Dad, that when DJT was told something was "impossible"; that was DJT's starting point of achieving his next goal, no matter how long it took?? Am I the only one who remembers this?
Do you really believe this coup d'état on November 3, 2020, changed his entire philosophy of life?
That PDJT just walked away until a possible run in 2024?
One other small note: Look at what and how much PDJT accomplished over his 4 years of holding office, when he had Obama, Holder, etal and all of the RINO's standing in his way. All the while Obama's FBI & DOJ, (paid for by HRC&DNC) constructing and implementing a coup against a constitutionally elected POTUS. (Note: Reality Check: This is Obama's 4th Term)
