ALEC BALDWIN'S KILLING OF HALYNA HUTCHINS WAS NOT AN "ACCIDENT."

IT IS VOLUNTARY MANSLAUGHTER

On Thursday, October 21st at around 9 am Actor Alec Baldwin was rehearsing a scene soon to be shot with Director Joel Sousa & cinematographer Halnya Hutchins & about a half dozen other crew & cast members, when, at one point in the rehearsal as his movements were being coordinated by Hutchins, Baldwin is reported to have said “you mean like THIS?” As he drew the pistol he’d been handed hours earlier from his costume’s holster, AIMED IT **AT** HUTCHINS and pulled the trigger.

AP has the best story, with all the names included including the name of the Assistant Director, Dave Hall & the name of the Set’s Armorer, Hannah Gutierrez.

The pistol was loaded with LIVE AMMUNITION & fired a bullet into Hutchin’s abdomen fatally wounding her. The same slug also tore into Director Souza’s shoulder.

Let me be VERY CLEAR HERE.

In NO Universe I exist in is Alec Baldwin the victim of an ACCIDENT.

Halyna Hutchin’s tragic death & Joel Sousa’s injury are a direct result of a RECKLESS DISREGARD for safety, professionalism & common sense.

Yet the Industry & Legacy Media are now all circling their Wagons around the latest exemplar of the moral & ethical rot that is destroying America’s Movie Industry.

You will see the words ACCIDENT and PROP GUN in almost every story on this tragedy either printed, online or aired on TV.

I’ll tackle the PROP GUN lie/misnomer first.

Prop guns can’t fire LIVE ROUNDS.

What Baldwin was using was an actual firearm.

REAL WORLD QUESTION #1 = What in the ABSOLUTE F*** was live ammo doing on a movie set?

That is not only NO BUENO because of safety concerns, it can void a company’s insurance policy.

Live rounds on a movie set? MAJOR RED FLAG.

(Security MAY have live rounds in ACTUAL Guns, but those are not involved in **the production.**)

There are very strict & very necessary protocols & rules to prevent the very thing that happened.

HOW were they circumvented? We are hearing of numerous problems on the set concerning safety in the days & even hours prior to Hutchin’s killing.

Union issues, walk offs & firings.

This is shaping into one of two premises of what caused the shooting.

INCOMPETENCE or MALICE.

Until more comes to light, I’ll favor incompetence but I will leave a door open regarding MALICE AFORETHOUGHT.

Tackling ACCIDENT = Many Police Forces & Sheriff’s Departments no longer refer to the numerous vehicle crashes they assist with as ACCIDENTS.

This comes from decades of their training & responses to what insurance agencies & car manufacturers WANT YOU to call accidents.

When your elbow knocks your cherished coffee mug onto the floor to shatter, that’s an accident.

When a guy high on meth, running red lights & speeding fifty miles over the speed limit takes out Grandma, THAT IS NOT AN ACCIDENT, THAT’S VEHICULAR HOMICIDE.

Alec Baldwin committed at minmum involuntary manslaughter with his reckless & outrageous behavior that day costing that poor woman her precious life.

REAL WORLD QUESTION #2 = WHY did Baldwin feel the need to draw, aim & PULL THE TRIGGER of that firearm at a CREW member during a rehearsal?

The Media is setting Baldwin up to walk. “Hey Man, it was JUST AN ACCIDENT!”

“PROP GUN! PROP GUN! ACCIDENT! ACCIDENT! PROP GUN ACCIDENT!!”

Ham handed #Inception.

To which I am immune.

THEY ALL KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PROP GUNS & ACTUAL FIREARMS.

ADAM Baldwin (who is NOT related to Alec or ANY of the Baldwin Brothers) summed it up perfectly =

This was a REHEARSAL.

The choreographer was CREW, not a cast member.

Again, there are strict rules in place to ensure safety on set for all involved so there is NO legitimate scenario where Baldwin’s drawing that gun, aiming it at Hutchins & then pulling the trigger passes muster.

The question of incompetence or malice will be answered by those with the DISCERNMENT to see it as time permits & facts become known.

It seems the popular narrative that’s taking hold is “poor man, what a terrible accident!”

Hutchin’s Father, Anatoly Androsovych, is openly stating Baldwin is NOT RESPONSIBLE for his daughter’s death but is blaming the Assistant Director and/or the Armorer responsible for the maintenance & safety of the weapons on set.

He’s not holding responsible tha man who, what? On a whim drew a pistol on, aimed it at his daughter & then fired the gun as blameless?

Upon hearing that one thought keeps repeating itself to me.

The Forces of Chaos & their Agents of Entropy count on taking advantage of other people’s good & trusting nature.

We don’t have to become less GOOD, but we can become wiser.

Let’s resolve to do that as I pray for the departed Soul of Halnya Hutchins, the swift recovery of Joel Sousa & (if it was simply a reckless act) Alec Baldwin to recover his grace & find a better path.
